ServiceSync-AI sends transactional and service coordination SMS messages to users who have explicitly opted in by submitting contact information through our website chat widget, contact requests, or communication tools. Message frequency may vary. Standard message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out at any time. Reply HELP for assistance. Consent is not a condition of purchase. SMS opt-in data is not shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing purposes.

1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using the ServiceSync-AI platform, websites, or any related services, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

ServiceSync-AI provides the SmartReply™ missed-call text-back system: a done-for-you customer communication platform that automatically responds to missed inbound calls with a professional SMS, captures service details, and notifies the contractor.

3. SMS Communication Program Terms

Users who submit contact information through the website chat widget, contact requests, or communication tools expressly consent to receive SMS communications related to service inquiries, customer support, appointment reminders, account notifications, and operational updates.

Types of Messages

Transactional: Service request confirmations, status updates, appointment reminders
Service Coordination: Service inquiry notifications, inquiry follow-up coordination
Account: Billing notifications, plan updates, account alerts

Message Frequency

Message frequency varies based on your account activity. Service businesses using the platform may receive messages for each coordinated service inquiry delivered to their account.

Message and Data Rates

Standard message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier and plan. ServiceSync-AI does not charge separately for SMS messages.

How to Opt Out

Reply STOP to any SMS from us to unsubscribe immediately.
Reply HELP to any SMS for assistance and contact information.
Email support@servicesync-ai.com to request removal.

Consent is not a condition of purchase.

No Third-Party Sharing: SMS opt-in consent data, phone numbers, and associated personal information collected through our SMS program are NOT sold, rented, shared, or transferred to any third parties or affiliates for marketing purposes. This policy has no exceptions.

4. Service Terms

Service is provided on a month-to-month basis. No long-term contracts required.
Either party may cancel with 7 days written notice.
Fees for services delivered before cancellation remain payable.

5. Limitation of Liability

ServiceSync-AI is not responsible for missed messages, carrier delays, or outcomes resulting from technical issues outside our control. Results may vary based on call volume, service area, and contractor responsiveness.

6. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Plymouth County or Barnstable County, Massachusetts.
